Richard Gorodecky is the Executive Creative Director and co-founder of Amsterdam Worldwide. He has spent over 17 years creating film, print, branded content, digital, social media, events, publishing and design for some of the world’s biggest brands including Nike, Chevrolet, Intel, Feadship, Electronic Arts, Panasonic, Gore-Tex, Harvey Nichols, BBC, Onitsuka Tiger and Pernod Ricard. He is above all, a writer, but his career has included art direction, graphic design, and selling bagels out of a basket in Portobello Market.
He has won loads of shiny awards, including a Gold Lion at Cannes, a Grand Prix at Eurobest and a Silver Effie. Nice things have been written about him in various books and magazines.
He is the curator and owner of The Quiet Farm. A store dedicated promoting the great outdoors and the simple pleasures in life that are, these days, all too easily overlooked undervalued or simply forgotten.
He's a fanatical outdoorsman and fly fisherman, and his stories on the pursuit of fish and adventure have appeared in obscure publications that few people read.
He likes to think of himself as a creative entrepreneur and believes that his best is yet to come.
